【武庫川女子大学】経営学部の学生が音羽デリと開発した弁当が商品化。学内で販売も行いました。

実践学習でテイクアウト専門店「音羽DELI」との産学連携に取り組んでいる経営学部で、1年～3年の学生12人が新商品開発に取り組み、3種類の弁当の商品化を実現し、販売をスタートしました。弁当は季節に合わせ、3種あり、3月末から音羽DELI苦楽園店で「お花見弁当」を販売。4月11日には中央キャンパスで限定販売も行い、多くの学生や教職員が列を作りました。5月の「母の日弁当」は5月11日に学内で先行販売し、12～14日に音羽DELIで販売します。6月には「健康ヘルシー」をテーマにした弁当を販売予定です。

学生から提案のあったSNSを活用したファンづくりやポイントカードを用いたリピーターづくりも順次実施していく予定です。

Bento box lunches developed by students of the School of Business Administration with Otowa Deli were commercialized and sold on campus.

The Faculty of Business Administration has been working on an Industry-University collaboration with Otowa DELI, a take-out joint in the practical based learning. 12 students from 1st to 3rd year worked on the production of new products and commercialized three types of bento, which went on sale in April. The "Hanami Bento" was sold at Otowa DELI's Kurakuen branch at the end of March, and on April 11, a limited sale was held at the Main Campus, where a large number of students and faculty queued to purchase. The "Mother's Day Bento" will be pre-sold on campus on May 11th and at Otowa DELI from May 12th-14^th. In June, a "healthy and wholesome" themed bento will be made available for sale.

We are also planning to implement the fan building using social media and point cards to create repeat customers, as suggested by the students.
